Project Description: Implementation of a Mailing Tool

The project aimed to implement an advanced mailing tool that allows a shooting range to effectively reach its customers via email. With this solution, the shooting range was able to automate its communication, resulting in increased customer engagement and time savings for employees.

Features and Specifications:

Email Registration by Customers

A form was placed on the shooting range’s website, allowing customers to enter their email addresses to subscribe to the newsletter or receive special offers.

Integration with Sendpulse

Once a customer entered their email address, the data was automatically synchronized with the Sendpulse platform.
This integration ensured that email addresses were automatically added to a specific mailing list in Sendpulse, enabling further communication automation.

Automated Voucher Delivery

Upon successful purchase and payment of a voucher, the system automatically generated and sent the voucher to the customer via email.
The emails were carefully designed and included all necessary details regarding the purchased voucher.

Automated Communication Workflow

After adding an email address to the mailing list in Sendpulse, a predefined automation workflow was triggered.
This meant that customers automatically received a series of scheduled emails tailored to their needs, increasing the effectiveness of communication.

Integration with the Shooting Range Platform

In addition to integration with Sendpulse, customer email addresses were also stored in the shooting range platform’s database.
This allowed the shooting range to have real-time access to customer information, improving customer relationship management and enabling more personalized offers.
